Association for Human Rights and Civil Liberties (AHR&CL) is a non-profit organization promoting the respect for human rights and civil liberties. Our members continuously monitor the abuse of human rights and infringements of civil liberties. Currently, AHR&CL is monitoring several HR HOTSPOTS where human rights abuses are excessive and rampant such countries as Sudan, Sri Lanka, and Congo.
